My style is relational, non-judgmental, and a little non-traditional. I mix evidence-based and holistic practices with the directness and practical tools of coaching. I strive to be culturally responsive and LGBTQIA+ affirming. I have a deep understanding of the systems that impact our lives and how they shape the challenges we face and bring this awareness into my work.
I also have my own life experiences with the trials of healing and I truly know how hard it can be to take that first step. I am honored to take it with you.
