We currently accept Presbyterian, Blue Cross Blue Shield (both commercial and Centennial Care Plans), Western Sky, United/Optum, Aetna, Cigna, Medicare plans and Molina.

Regardless of insurance, you agree that you are responsible for payment of all fees for services rendered.
Cash, checks and debit/credit cards are acceptable methods of payment and a receipt will be provided upon request.
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, you may be charged a no-show/late cancellation fee.
